Welcome! I am a family and newborn photographer, specializing in simple and authentic newborn, maternity, baby, child and family portraits in Chico, California and Orland, Durham, Oroville and Paradise.
This is a special time for you and your family and it goes by in the blink of an eye! It is important to book your newborn picture session early, so I can reserve days around your due date. I like to take newborn pictures 6-14 days after your baby is born in order to capture how tiny and sleepy your little one is in this stage, so contact me right away if you are pregnant so we can plan for your baby’s arrival!

I have an in home studio with props and newborn outfits, so you don’t have to bring anything to your session except your baby. I am a mother of two babies that had a hard time sleeping, so I have a lot of experience handling and soothing babies to sleep. I also remember very well what it was like to be a mom to a newborn baby, and will make sure you and your family feel comfortable so I can capture the beauty of these early days as you welcome your baby to this world!
