Getting a newborn baby to look straight into your camera is not an easy task. It usually takes a lot of tricks and patience, but not with this little girl! She was so alert and ready for her photography session! Although the light was beautiful for her photo session, it was a very cold day. This can often make for an unhappy baby, but Kuleana was so mellow and content, she just enjoyed her time outdoors with her family and took everything in around her. I also got to get a portrait of her with her grandma. Have I mentioned how much I love including grandparents in photo shoots? I had such a special relationship with my own grandparents and I love capturing this connection for other families. Kuleana is happy and very loved by all around her, and she knows it already.
