Bed of Roses {Corning baby photography}

Meet Karley, she is an adorable little cowgirl with a full head of hair.  Karley arrived one day before she was expected to the two sweetest parents.  I met them for the first time during their pictures but it turns out they are friends of my family.  I loved getting to know them and their baby girl while I took her pictures.  They wanted a western themed newborn shoot, so they brought some of their own props.  I knew they were bringing a saddle, boots and a rope so I combined them with some feminine items from my prop collection for a little contrast.  I saw a tutorial on how to do a bed of flowers shot at a newborn retreat last year and I thought this would be the perfect time to try it out.  I also put her in lace and a little velvet skirt and used some floral headbands to complete the look for their gallery.  Here are a few of my favorite images from their newborn pictures:
