One of my favorite things about being a newborn photographer is watching babies grow, and getting to know families. Even though we have friends in common and our paths have probably crossed many times, photography has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know this beautiful family. Cole is obviously adorable, but over the past year, I have gotten to know his little personality, which is just as sweet. For the first time during his maternity pictures, he ran right up to me and lifted his arms up to be held. These moments make all the hours in front of my computer and all the time I spend planning sessions worth it. This little business of mine is such a joy and I feel lucky to be able to give my clients pictures to mark the special moments in their lives. I had a little assistance for this maternity session, Cole’s Aunt Carl came along to help make him laugh and it worked like a charm! He has a beautiful smile and he is going to make a great big brother. I can’t wait to meet the #littleststilwell in a few weeks. Here are a few of my favorites from their session:
