Last weekend, I got to photograph Chico Buddy Walk, 2015. It was an honor to be asked to be part of such an amazing group and such a fun community of friends and volunteers. Buddy Walk, established by the National Down Syndrome Society, is an organization that advocates for inclusion and acceptance for children with down syndrome. They hold a 1K/5K walk every October to promote awareness about down syndrome. This was my second time working with this organization, and it was fun to recognize familiar faces and to meet new friends. As a family photographer, I am usually trying to get other people to smile, but last Saturday, I was the one who was smiling after spending the day with such inspiring personalities! Here is a little preview with some of my favorite pictures.
