It feels like Katie just contacted me to take their family pictures but it has been almost one year! I met Cole when he was two months old and have been so honored to document his first year ever since! We did his two month session at my family’s ranch, we did his tummy time session in upper park, his sitting up session at the ranch where his parent’s got married and we just did his cake smash session in the almond blossoms! I have had so much fun getting to know this smiley boy and his family. This one year milestone was no exception. He was so darling, showing off his new trick, walking with his parents down the orchard rows. He I could barely back up fast enough to keep him in the frame. At this rate, this boy will be running in no time! We had fun incorporating some special books and toys in his session too. Although I have accumulated half a garage full of props, it is always nice to have special props that mean something to the family that I am photographing.
