Dream Catcher {Northern California Baby Pictures}

Newborn photography is so much fun, because I get to meet new families and help them to remember that time when their life changes forever.  Barrett was a little older than most babies that I photograph for newborn sessions.  He was 23 days old but he was still a great little sleeper.  Maybe it was the dream catcher he brought along with him?  You would never guess that this little guy is American Indian and that it comes from his blonde mama, but he brought in a dream catcher, a decorative skull and moccasins to show off his roots in his pictures.  He started off his session by making some funny little faces during his family pictures but he settled while we were taking pictures of him with his mom and dad and then took a nice little nap for his photo shoot.  I just loved his cute little head with a party of blonde hair in the back.  He is adorable!  Here are a few of my favorite images from his newborn session:
