This was the third time that I got to work with this family, but the first time I got to meet their awesome boys! Looking at this beautiful, well dressed and relaxed family, you would think that this photo session had been planned for weeks. Although we had been trying to get together for a while, schedules and weather kept getting in the way but Jay emailed me that morning and I happened to have an opening that afternoon. There also happened to be a break in the rain, so thanks to good communication and modern technology, everyone was able to pull together a family portrait session in just a few hours! I’ll be honest, they put me to shame because my own family session required lots of coordinating and some online shopping. They were even able to squeeze in a last minute hair cut before the pictures began. I think everything worked out beautifully. Their outfits were well coordinated and most importantly, they were able to show up and be themselves and that is the most important part of any picture.
