Cole is sitting up, so it was time for some portraits to mark this milestone! In order to document this special time and to celebrate his parent’s anniversary, we had his photography session at Shaffer Ranch, where Cody and Katie got married three years ago. We did most of the session near the same tree they took their bridal portraits under but we made sure to get a picture under the willow tree where they had their ceremony and in front of the barn where they had their reception. We also took some pictures of Cole in his mom’s old rocking chair. He was less thrilled about that, but nevertheless, he looks adorable in his mom’s antique chair. This session was postponed two times because of cloudy weather and I’m so glad we waited for a beautiful, clear day because the light on the ranch was just gorgeous and I am in love with these pictures.
