Stop and smell the roses {Chico family pictures}

I love catching up with this awesome family!  It is such a blessing to be able to photograph these special moments with them while their little boy grows.  I can’t believe how much time has passed since I met JJ a few years ago.  He is a little ball of sweet energy and the light in his parents’ eyes.  I was astonished to see how much he has grown and how much he is talking these days. Watching this family interact with each other is such a fun job.  Even when they are running after JJ and things aren’t going as planned, they have smiles on their faces.  You might remember JJ’s handsome smile from my post a few years ago when my picture of him was selected to display on the Jumbotron in New York Times Square.  These images have been selected the past few years that I have taken their pictures so there was a little pressure this time for some great shots.  Luckily, this family is so photogenic I know there are plenty of images from their gallery to choose from this year!  Here are a few of my favorite pictures from their family session:
