Upside down! {Chico child photography}

I had so much fun with these two boys!  These are good friends of ours and I have been taking their pictures for a few years now, so this time I decided to do a little photoshoot challenge.  I set the timer on my phone to see how fast the boys could do everything I asked them to do and it worked beautifully!  To be fair, I did have to stop the timer when I took pictures of mom and dad, because they didn’t want them messing with their time.  Understandable.  I wouldn’t say it made our photo shoot go faster, but that wasn’t the intention, it did make it fun for them and we got amazing pictures so everybody won this challenge. Of course we had to end our shoot with the obligatory “boys upside down” picture that we did on their first photoshoot and they have insisted on ever since.  I am starting to feel really bad for mom and dad.  It’s going to get weird when they come home from college and have a family photo shoot!  Maybe then, they will have to lift their parents!  Here are a few of my favorite images from their session:
