These newborn pictures were very special, because I got to meet little Cora and hang out with one of my favorite friends! I had fun planning this session. When her mom told me she was decorating her nursery with quotes, I knew I wanted to incorporate a book in one of her pictures. When your mom is an English teacher, you have to love books. It’s required. I also wanted to do a prop shot with a sweet detail. I loved the idea of Little Bo Peep, with her staff and a sheep under her arm, although the irony was not lost on me. If this baby girl is anything like her mom, she will keep very good track of her sheep. I chose pinks and peaches for her newborn session and it looked beautiful with her perfect skin.
