Sloane Lemon, you are so sweet! She was just five days old for her newborn pictures and she was born to two amazing people. I went to college with her daddy and he is one of my favorite friends. Her dad and I didn’t hit it off right away, in fact the first time we hung out with friends, I fell asleep and he drew on my face with a sharpie. I suppose I missed my opportunity for revenge because his baby girl was the most perfect sleeper during her newborn pictures. Fortunately for her, I could never draw on such a perfect little person. Even though her dad graffitied my face, we became great friends and I was so happy to meet his wife when they got engaged. She is snarky and fun and so much like him that I feel like I have known her for years too. I feel fortunate that I got to meet this newborn baby girl and that I got to see my friends so happy with their darling baby girl (and crew of cats). Sloane is not an only child, she has two fur siblings, Kathleen and Bruiser. Little Sloane will learn to love cats. Her parents have cat shaped pillows, and throw cat themed parties. They are a cat loving family, but now they have a new little one to love and adore and I am so excited for all five of them! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from Sloane’s newborn session:
